Project Presentation
Ever since my first studies in Art, my work has been crossing the borders between disciplines. It has been my focus to bring together drawings, sculptures, photographs, installations and ready-mades.
My earlier works have shown a search for identity. Works evolving around gender issues, nationalism and status have questioned the autonomy of the individual. Later on the formats presented by our product-based and commercial-minded society entered and merged into my concept.
My new projects continue between the borders of disciplines. Large-scale prints transform the architecture of a gallery space into a visual deception. Actions such as rearranging the furniture of a hotel room are captures as photographs.
