Project Presentation

Entscheidungen investigates the moment of the decision. 10 monitors hang in the room or stand in the exhibition space, different fragments of architecture in public space are displayed. A person appears on each monitor and climbs down the architecture till he hangs. He holds him self only with the hands. All scenes are shown as loops.

About the artist

Mischa Leinkauf, born in East Berlin, GDR. 1998-2005 – assistant director and production manager for Feature-Film Productions. 2005-2012 – study at Academy of Media Arts (KHM) in Cologne. 2012 – Graduate of the department of film.

We work primarily in public urban space, putting common practices in a changed context to temporarily override limitations and constraints. To raise awareness and rediscover childish emotions, we question common standards.
