Michael Najjar photographs James Webb Space Telescope

Michael Najjar has been given the rare opportunity to photograph the James Webb Space Telescope which will replace the famous Hubble Space Telescope in 2018. The JWST consists of 18 hexagonal golden mirror segments designed to capture the first light of our universe. The telescope is a NASA project in international partnership with the ESA and the Canadian Space Agency and including further contributions from fifteen nations. The mirrors are fabricated by Ball Aerospace, USA.
The shooting session forms part of Michael´s new series outer space.
